It’s that time of year again! Time to create my hubby’s V-day card.
This project was fun and I love the boldness of these cards. The bright red on black is stunning, and the heart rosette takes up a lot of space on my panel, so I can keep the card clean and simple!
Supplies
- Bazzill Ruby Red 12×12 Cardstock
- Altenew Mega ‘YOU’ Die
- Sketchy Floral – ‘Love’ Sentiment
- Heffy Doodle – Classic Sentiments ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’
- Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock

The Card and Rosette
You’ll notice in the photo below, the heart on the top right doesn’t have the same pointed bottom like the other rosettes, and that’s because I used a different method compared to the others. For the heart on the top right, I overlapped 2-folds and adhered them together. For the other hearts, I adhered the one-end-fold to the other on-end-fold.

I recommend playing around with different sizes and attachments to see what you like.
