I went a week without posting!! Ha!
There is something incredibly soothing about working with soft pinks and warm yellows/browns. Today, I am sharing a project that focuses on texture and light, featuring a message we can all use from time to time: “Better days are coming.”
The focal point is an arched window featuring a stunning soft inks in a geometric pattern. The crisp lines of the pattern contrast beautifully against the soft white background, also showing the same geometric pattern. 😀
That’s right, I embossed this stencil for a little extra on the white background. I love embossed stencils!!

I was careful to ink-blend the arch die around the area where the leaf die-cut sits. I die cut the arch with the leaves die, and inserted the stamped die cut, which has the leaves hanging over the arch die. This gives the project that little extra something, you know!
The arched window and the leaf are popped up with foam tape to create layers and shadows, making the design truly stand out.
