Anything But a Card

Hello, all, and welcome.

This project was created for A Place to Start’s – Anything goes with a twist – anything But a Card (gift box, container, journal, wrapping paper etc).

Challenge Blog

For this post, I decided to use my (new to me) tag dies from Altenew, as I’ve been itching to give them a try. I created these tags with having a birthday in mind with the option to create a matching card for these tags.

I’ve been reaching for Ride the Wave Fresh Dye Ink because look at that blue!! I also added a purple to the base of the petals for a bit more interest.

You’ll notice I embossed the tag as well with Altenew’s Leafy Splendor 3D Embossing Folder. This is a stunning embossing folder and comes with coordinating stencils. It’s only available with Altenew’s Secret Garden 2024 retreat, but I hope they make it available on it’s own in the future.

  2. Beautiful tags and OMG you are right about that blue ink, it’s divine. Thanks for playing along with us at Tic Tac Toe (though I’m not sure what line you have used) but definitely worth sharing your fab tags.
