A Tale of Two Birds: Warm Golden Yellow vs. Cool Winter Blue

Hello, crafty friends!!

These projects were created during one of my Saturday crafty gatherings. We had an amazing lesson with Pam in late September, and I love my projects.

I’ll admit, I went a bit off the rails with my first project, but I tried to stay as close to the techniques from the lesson on my second project. You can check out her blog post for this lesson here Pam’s Paper Addiction.

Believe it or not, I’ve had the Enchanted Castle Window embossing folder and stencils for over a year and I think this is the first time I’ve used it. 🫨

The second project has a great autumn feel, and it IS about that time!!!!

You’ll also notice the beautiful shimmering splatter on this project. I made an attempt to use the Antique Gold Pigment Ink but it was barely noticeable, so I moved on to metallic watercolors and those worked perfectly. 😊
