Creating a Dimensional and Textured Card

Hello, all, and welcome.

This project was created for A Place to Start’s – Anything goes w/Optional Twist: For a Man.

Creating masculine cards is usually something I struggle with, and this one was no different. I have this card panel I created months ago. I didn’t know what to do with it, but couldn’t bring myself to throw it in the recycle bin.

Intersecting Dies

I would love to say this was a quick project, but I struggled lifting up the small circle die, and I was not going to give up on it. My tenacity paid off. There’s a lot of dimension and texture to this project.

You’ll also notice the texture on the background using a deposing die.
